Once trained, you’ll be able to handle daily operations while we remain available for ongoing support whenever you need it. 

Our pricing is based on the type of engagement as every organization is unique. Each project begins with a free consultation so we can understand your needs, allowing you to choose the level of involvement that fits your budget, right from the start. 

We follow a structured, collaborative approach: 

1. Consultation: A brief meeting to identify your current challenges and how we can help.
2. Assessment: We schedule a longer, in-depth discussion to review your workflows, tools and team structure to pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps.
3. Design: We create a customized action plan tailored to your organization's specific needs.
4. Implementation: We put the plan into action!
5. Ongoing Support: We check in after completion to ensure the improvements are working as intended and to provide continued guidance or support if needed. 

Collaboration is key, but we make the process as easy as possible for your team. During workflow reviews or leadership sessions, your involvement includes sharing insight into daily operations, participating in discussions and helping define key goals. For system overhauls or projects, we handle the technical side while your staff participates in short check-ins and review sessions to ensure the solution fits how they actually work.
